Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel reservations and events, and any applicable fees or credits associated with changes to your booking.
1. Standard Reservations
Table reservations may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee at our discretion.
2. Private Events
Private dining and venue hire cancellations follow the terms in your event contract. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific deadlines and fees.
3. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Concept Hospitality will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future use.
