These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Dining Club venues, website, and related services provided by Concept Hospitality. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or booking an event.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Dining Club services, venues, or website operated by Concept Hospitality, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required for private events and large group bookings. Cancellation terms vary by event type and are communicated at the time of booking.

3. Conduct & Dress Code

Guests are expected to maintain decorum consistent with a premium dining environment. Concept Hospitality may refuse service or remove guests who behave inappropriately, without refund. Smart casual or formal attire may be required for specific events.

4. Liability

While we maintain the highest safety and quality standards, Concept Hospitality is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, except where prohibited by applicable law.
