This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for Dining Club reservations, memberships, and events managed by Concept Hospitality.

1. Overview

Concept Hospitality strives to provide transparent refund practices for all Dining Club reservations, memberships, and event bookings. Refund eligibility varies by service type and is outlined below.

2. Event Cancellations

Cancellations made 30+ days before an event receive a full refund minus processing fees. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: non-refundable, though rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.

3. Membership Refunds

Annual memberships are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no member benefits have been used. Partial refunds are not available after this period.
